Skamania Lodge has selected Swank Audio Visuals as the official source of audio visual rental equipment, concert sound systems, stage lighting, and professional technical services for guests using the hotel's meeting facilities.

Because Swank Audio Visuals; on-site staff functions as a department of the Lodge, they are totally familiar with the unique aspects the facilities and can offer a consistently superior  service to ensure the quality and effectiveness of your meeting.

For your convenience, all charges for audio visual equipment and services will be posted on your master account.  If a master account is not established with the hotel, payment is required at the time of your event by check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Diner's Club.

If your audio visual requirements are complex, extensive, or out of the ordinary, we suggest you contact the Swank Audio Visuals office in the hotel to discuss your arrangements and personalized quotation.

Packages:

The following package pricing includes charges for on-site services, which include the support, installation, and removal of equipment.  A separate operator may be required for your events.  Please call us directly for an estimate.

Projection Packages:

Overhead Projector Package - $125/Day:  Includes overhead projector, projector stand, appropriate size tripod screen, all cables and service.

35mm Slide Projection Package - $175/Day:  Includes 35mm slide projector, wireless remote control, projector stand, all cables and service.

Data/Video Display Packages:

Projector Support Package - $125/Day:  (Required for clients bringing own LCD Projector).  Includes appropriate size tripod screen,* projection stand, all cables and service.  *There is an additional charge for Fastfold Screen.

Value Projector Package* - $385/Day:  Includes 1200 Lumen XGA LCD Projector, 5' or 6' tripod screen, projector stand, all cables and service.  *Only available for meetings of less than 12 people.

Standard Projector Package - $495/Day:  Includes 2500 Lumen XGA LCD Projector, appropriate size tripod screen,* projector stand, all cables and service. *Additional charge for Fastfold screen.

Ballroom Projection Package* - Large venue show projection packages with front and rear projection available, call for consultation.

32" Flat Panel LCD Video Display Package - $295/Day:  Includes 32" LCD Display, slim-line stand, all cables and service.

50" Plasma Display Package - $535/Day:  Includes 50" flat panel plasma display with 1024 x 768 resolution.  Ideal for computer or video presentations.  Includes rolling stand, all cables for proper installation, pre-testing and removal.

20" Flat Panel Data Display Package - $175/Day:  Includes 20" flat panel display with appropriate cables and service.

Audio Packages:

Podium Microphone Package - $95/Day: Includes microphone with gooseneck, all cables and service.

Wireless Microphone Package - $140/Day: Includes UHF wireless Lavaliere or hand held microphone, all cables and service.

Small Meyer UPM Sound System - $395/Day: Includes audio mixer (up to 6 channel), wired microphone, two powered meyer UPM speakers on ultimate speaker stands, all cabling, installation, removal and service.

As the preferred in-house audio visual provider, Swank Audio Visuals maintains control and monitors all usage of house sound systems and ballroom lighting grid access, rigging and dimmer control.  Fees and guidelines may apply to all outside audio visual and production companies.  For guidelines and a customized quote, please contact our on-site representative.
