Skamania Lodge has selected Swank Audio Visuals as the official source of audio visual rental equipment, concert sound systems, stage lighting, and professional technical services for guests using the hotel's meeting facilities.
Because Swank Audio Visuals; on-site staff functions as a department of the Lodge, they are totally familiar with the unique aspects the facilities and can offer a consistently superior service to ensure the quality and effectiveness of your meeting.
For your convenience, all charges for audio visual equipment and services will be posted on your master account. If a master account is not established with the hotel, payment is required at the time of your event by check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Diner's Club.
If your audio visual requirements are complex, extensive, or out of the ordinary, we suggest you contact the Swank Audio Visuals office in the hotel to discuss your arrangements and personalized quotation.
Packages:
The following packages are the most frequently requested. Please contact us for needs beyond the scope of this listing.
Data/Video Display Packages:
Projector Packages: - Includes LCD projector, skirted tripod screen* to accommodate room size, draped projection stand and all standard cabling, as well as labor for set up. 2,300 and 4,000 Lumen Projector.
Projector Support Package - (Required for client-supplied projectors) Includes appropriate size tripod screen* to accommodate room size, draped projection stand, all standard cabling, as well as labor for set up, pre-testing and recovery. *There is an additional charge for Fast-Fold Screen.
Ballroom Projection Package - Large venue show projection packages with front and rear projection available, call for consultation.
Video Display Package - Includes plasma monitor, draped media cart and all standard cabling, as well as labor for set-up, pre-testing and recovery. 32" and 50" Monitor.
Audio Packages:
Microphone Packages - Includes choice of microphone, audio mixer, patch to house sound system and all standard cabling, as well as labor for set-up, pre-testing and recovery. Wired and Wireless Microphones.
Small Meyer UPM Sound System - Includes audio mixer, wired microphone, two powered Meyer UPM speakers on Ultimate speaker stands, all standard cabling, as well as labor for set-up, pre-testing and recovery.
Lighting Packages:
Podium Lighting Package - Includes light fixture, dimmer control, all standard cabling, as well as labor for set-up, pre-testing and recovery.
Mini-Stage Lighting Package - Includes two PAR lighting fixtures for stage wash and one podium spot special, dimmer control and all standard cabling, as well as labor for set-up, pre-testing and recovery.
Meeting Supplies:
Flip Chart Package - Includes flip chart stand, post consumer recycled paper pad and four assorted colored markers, as well as labor for set-up, pre-testing and recovery. Standard Flipchart paper and Adhesive-Backed Flipchart paper.
Additional Supplies - 4'x6' whiteboard, 4'x6' SMART Board interactive whiteboard, wireless remote presenter, Polycom conference speakerphone, Telos teleconference audio interface.
