Exceptional customer service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Skamania Lodge for a work conference. The lodge, surrounding views and food were excellent, but above all customer service was impressive.
From the moment I checked in, I experienced friendly and helpful staff and one of these staff members stood out above the rest. Stephanie, who works at the front desk, checked me in and took care of my departure when I left. When I was checking out, I mentioned that I would like to bring my wife back; Stephanie gave me a discount coupon for a return visit. Through conversation, I told Stephanie that my brother-in-law and sister were staying at Skamania Lodge for their anniversary on the upcoming weekend. Stephanie researched their reservation and upgraded their room from a forest view to a river view. Rarely do you get a chance to experience this kind of service and I thank all of the staff at Skamania Lodge for a wonderful stay, but above all, thank you Stephanie for your kindness.
