WOW! The Friday Night Gorge Harvest Buffet was incredible! We enjoyed the mashed potatoes in a martini glass action station, they were very yummy with my favorite toppings on board and fun to eat that way. The beef tenderloin was super tasty. The crab legs were sweet. The calamari was great. I had an excellent caeser salad with baby shrimp and kalamata olives, with some foccacia bread. I always love the california rolls, tuna and seaweed salad. In fact, I was so stuffed that the only dessert I could fit in was a creme brulee mini. Which was sad, cause there were so many options: made to order waffles with berries, key lime pie, cheesecake, shortcake and berries, flan, berry cobbler and my all time favorite - those little peanut butter rice krispy truffles! I didnt even get a chocolate covered strawberry... but NEXT time... I will pace myself better!
