Expect Fun this Labor Day at Skamania Lodgephoto

Labor Day is one of the oldest holidays in the United States, first celebrated in 1878 and became a federal holiday in 1894. Over the years, Labor Day has come to represent a slew of different things to people. To the working crowd, it is a day to celebrate ones hard work and labor. Some treat it as a day of rest and relaxation, while others simply spend the day with family, friends, and perhaps some good food. To students and parents, Labor Day marks the end of the summer and the beginning of the fall term or semester.

No matter how you choose to celebrate Labor Day, everyone can agree that it is the perfect day to enjoy some sunshine, relax and enjoy the company of your friends and family or find the perfect activity to fill you day…. All of which you will find at Skamania Lodge.  Weather you choose to participate in our list of available activities or simply sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine; this is the perfect place to be.
