Job Well Done
Wanted to let you know that our group had a great time and they were very happy with the entire stay. The check in was well done. We all understood that the hotel was very busy the night before and early check in was not going to happen. Thank you for the nice snack tray and the card. Very nice touch. It was very considerate of you to come to the golf course and introduce yourself. Shows you care about your customers. Even if it is a small group like ours.The Pro Shop did a fantastic job on Sunday of setting up our group. Everything from the marked golf carts with water to yardage books and divot tools was taken care of. Please pass on the groups thanks again to Guy and his staff. Dinner was a little hectic as the lounge was busy when we came down and 20 of us ended up eating in the dining room. Here again even with 20 of us showing up, without a reservation, the restaurant staff handled it great. They had us all seated and taking orders in about 20 minutes. The servers did a wonderful job. My server (sorry I don't recall her name) even asked me if I realized there was a gratuity included on the bill when she saw I had written in a tip. I told her yes I did, but wanted to increase the amount because of the hard work she did. She really did a great job. The weather turned out perfect on Monday so we had a wonderful final day on the course. However this was not the end of the trip yet! At our after event BBQ I received a call that our group had left behind a Golf Buddy GPS and a cell phone. When the owners were found the Pro Shop folks told them they would mail their equipment back to them. That was very nice and appreciated. Start to finish a job well done.
