Welcome back to Skamania Silhouettes! If you've ever ordered In-Room Dining or eaten in the Cascade Dining Room, then it is very likely you've already met Cody Gardner! Although Cody has no official training, he has been in the dining industry for 14 years, 7 of which has been served here at Skamania! Cody started his training here at the Lodge, and has recently joined us again after his 7 year absence. During his time away Cody mentioned he missed the people the most; stating that the guests and employees of Skamania just have a real good feel.
