The showcase of the Cascade Room is our wood-fired oven and food preparation area. Inspired by the great National Park Lodges, the dining room has an open, festive feeling with wood and iron highlights and a wood floor that dates back over 200 years.

Boasting a few of our house specialties including salmon, smoked pork loin and roast prime rib of Washington beef, our menu has a tantalizing selection for the most discerning of palates. Join us for the Friday night tradition of the Gorge Harvest Buffet or our delightful Sunday Champagne Brunch.
