Join Chef Ed Tippel, and the entire Skamania Culinary team, every holiday season for a specially prepared themed meal.  And Chef Tippel has prepared a special Easter menu that will be available for Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010.  The Easter menu includes:

-pine cured salmon lox with cream cheese & bagels, capers & onions-

-dungeness crab with mignonette, cocktail sauce and sauce remoulade-
