Taking a drive along the Hood River Fruit Loop is a truly fantastic way to enjoy the natural beauty that abounds in the area around Skamania Lodge! The Fruit Loop is a 35 mile scenic drive surrounding Hood River, Oregon. Some of the highlights of the Fruit Loop are: the Wine Celebration in June, the Cherry Celebration in July, the Summer Fruit Celebration in August, the Pear Celebration in September, and the Heirloom Apple Celebration in October.
The Fruit Loop is comprised of a number of farms, orchards, vineyards, wineries, and agricultural businesses. Each stop along the way offers something different, so it is recommended that you contact the individual vendors with questions.
