Spring Break Activities - March 30

Game Room 9am-10pm
Our game room is open throughout the day and features Ping Pong, Foosball, Wii, and a variety of board games.
Water Aerobics 8am
Join our water exercise class for adults on Saturday Morning from 8am to 9am. Have fun in your workout without stressing your joints. For all adults – Experienced or the Beginner! Class is $8 – Sign up at the Waterleaf Spa Desk
Making Memories Workshop – Flower Pots 9am
Join us in the Game Room and decorate a flower pot to take home with you. Each child participating will get to decorate a flower pot using their creativity with acrylic paint. Once the pots are dried they will get to fill it with dirt and plant some flower seeds. This workshop is a fun activity for children of all ages! Cost $10 per flower pot.
Guided Hike up Multnomah Falls 10am
This 2.6 mile guided hike up one of the world’s largest waterfalls has breathtaking views all along the trail. There are two fabulous viewpoints along the way that many hikers like to stop at to snap a few photos of the waterfall. We will meet in the Lobby at 9:50am and load into the van. This hike takes approximately 3 hours to complete. There is a wonderful gift shop that we can visit once we complete the hike! Cost $15 and includes water and an energizing snack. Cooking Class with Chef James Boheim 12pm
Join Chef James Boheim in the Dining Room as he teaches you and your family to make one of his signature dishes. Not Only will you be working right alongside Chef but you will also get to sample the food that you create. Recommended for all guests!
USFS Art Activity 1pm
Just like plants, animals use both the sun and rain to survive. You can use the sun and rain to create an original piece or artwork to take home with you. If the sun is out we will make sun prints, using natural objects found in the forest. If it’s raining or cloudy, don’t worry! We can use the drips and drops to make a rain painting!
Making Memories Workshop – Sun Catchers 2pm
Join us in the Game Room and make your very own Sun Catcher! Each child participating will get to make a sun catcher out of Popsicle sticks, tissue paper, and stickers that they will be proud to hang in their bedroom window! This workshop is a fun activity for children of all ages! Cost $5 per Sun Catcher.
Water Soccer 4pm
Meet in the pool for pick-up games of water soccer with other families.
Wine Tasting in the Lobby 4-6pm
Skamania Lodge invites Lodge guests to join us work our wine tasting event. The wine tasting is in our Lobby and features 2 wines, a red and a white. Both of which are either served in The Cascade Dining Room or The River Rock.
Mixology Class 5pm
Learn how to make a specialty cocktail with Greg. You will get to take home the recipe with you to wow your friends at your next get together.
Family Movie Night 8pm
Join us in the conference center to watch a classic family movie! A great way to bring an exciting Saturday to a close.
