Feast in the Forest Featuring Portland's Best Chef's
What happens when you combine Portland’s most talented Chefs with Skamania’s own Chef James Wallace, add the best locally grown and raised ingredients and sprinkle in some of the most breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge region? The answer is Feast in the Forest!
Skamania Lodge is pleased to host this spectacular culinary series. Join us for the culmination of our series as chefs from Portland’s best eateries prepare the Grand Feast. Each Chef will prepare a special course featuring the region’s finest and freshest ingredients. These unique menus will be unlike their usual fare and are guaranteed to please foodies and wine enthusiasts alike.

Dinner cost is $59 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
Guests may bring one bottle of wine (no corkage fee). There will be a wine pairing with each course.
