Dining is truly a delectable experience at Skamania Lodge's Hood River restaurant. With breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge, the Cascade Dining Room is open seven days a week offering tantalizing selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The showcase of the Cascade Dining Room is our wood-fired oven and food preparation area. Inspired by the great National Park Lodges, the dining room has an open, festive feeling with wood and iron highlights and a wood floor that dates back over 200 years.
Boasting a few of our house specialties including salmon, smoked pork loin and roast prime rib of Washington beef, our menu has a tantalizing selection for the most discerning of palates. Join us for the Friday night tradition of the Gorge Harvest Buffet or our delightful Sunday Champagne Brunch.
The Cascade Dining Room has become known for superb dishes that are interestingly unique to the Cascades and impeccable service.
