MOONLIGHT MASSAGE AT SKAMANIA LODGE'S WATERLEAF SPA
Pacific Northwest resort offers new package for Friday evening travelers
Stevenson, Wash. - (March 23, 2009) - Skamania Lodge, an all-season mountain resort in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, offers guests a new way to enjoy the weekend. The Moonlight Massage package, perfect for those who want to make every moment of their vacation count, helps guests start off the weekend with a relaxing and rejuvenating Moonlight Massage at the Waterleaf Spa. Now open until midnight on Fridays, the Waterleaf Spa's new hours accommodate guests' hectic schedules by offering more flexibility and eliminating the need to rush and feel stressed out on Friday evening.
"At Skamania Lodge we realize your vacation should begin from the first moment you arrive," said Scott Spann, general manager of Skamania Lodge. "By keeping doors open later than ever before, we are able to offer our guests an escape from the work week and an opportunity to relax no matter when they're able to arrive."
The Moonlight Massage package includes overnight accommodations in a Superior Forest View room, a 50-minute relaxation massage at the Waterleaf Spa and a glass of wine to be enjoyed following the massage.
Guests who book the Moonlight Massage package will receive access to the Waterleaf Spa's swim and fitness center, including the swimming pool and indoor and outdoor whirlpools. The swim and fitness center's newly installed saline mineral system uses natural ocean salts to maintain purity levels, creating pools with the ability to heal, soothe and sanitize.
Rates for the Moonlight Massage package start at $199, and do not include Lodge fee, tax or gratuities. The Moonlight Massage package is available through June 30, 2009.
