Pacific Northwest Resort Offers Six Vacation Packages During Holiday Season

Stevenson, Wash.  - (October 19, 2009) - Skamania Lodge, an all-season mountain resort in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, offers six holiday vacation packages for travelers in search of high value, enjoyable getaways. 

 “The holiday season can be stressful, but we provide our guests with a variety of options to create an effortless vacation,” said Scott Spann, general manager of Skamania Lodge.  “With six vacation packages available through the holiday season, guests will have no trouble finding the perfect holiday getaway at Skamania.” 

The Holiday Lodging and Dinner package includes:

• One night accommodations for two in a Superior Forest View guestroom
• $100 dining credit towards a holiday feast in The Cascade Room on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Eve

Rates start at $259 per night.  Package is available on holiday nights only: Wednesday, November 25; Thursday, November 26; Thursday, December 24; Friday, December 25 and Thursday, December 31.

The Sunday Holiday Champagne Brunch package includes:

• One night accommodations for two in a Superior Forest View guestroom
• Skamania Lodge’s signature Sunday Champagne Brunch for two in The Cascade Room

Rates start at $197 per night.  Package is available Saturday evenings throughout the holiday season from Saturday, November 28 through Sunday, December 20.

The Friday Night Christmas Gorge Harvest Buffet package includes:

• One night accommodations for two in a Superior Forest View guestroom
• Skamania Lodge’s signature Friday Night Gorge Harvest Buffet for two in The Cascade Room

Rates start at $205 per night.  Package is available Friday evenings throughout the holiday season from Friday, November 27 through Friday, December 18.

The Waterleaf Spa Winter Holiday package includes:

• One night accommodations for two in a Superior Forest View guestroom
• $15 dining credit for breakfast
• $15 retail credit to be used at the Gift Shop or Pro Shop at Skamania Lodge
• $100 spa credit for the Waterleaf Spa

Rates start at $199 per person, based on double occupancy.  Package is available seven days per week from Sunday, November 22 through Wednesday, December 30.

The Skamania Holiday package includes:

• One night accommodations for two in a Superior Forest View guestroom
• $30 dining credit for breakfast in The Cascade Room

Rates start at $139 on weekdays and $169 on weekends.  Package is available from Sunday, November 22 through Wednesday, December 30.

The City Escape package includes:

• One night accommodations for two in a Superior Forest View guestroom
• $66 dining credit for dinner in The Cascade Room
• $50 Skamania Lodge gift card

Rates start at $210.  Package is available seven days per week from Sunday, November 22 through Wednesday, December 30.
