SKAMANIA LODGE OPENS 18-HOLE REAL GRASS PUTTING COURSE
“We want to offer a more low-key golf experience, especially for families and group travelers,” said Scott Spann, general manager at Skamania Lodge. “The putting course will offer our guests even more options to experience the amazing beauty of the Columbia River Gorge.”
The putting course will feature 18 beautiful holes of real-grass landscaping and will be open year round. The addition of the new putting course allows conference attendees, groups, avid golfers and leisure guests even more options for activities while at the lodge.
Guests 21 and older can also enjoy Walking Man beer on tap at the Greenside Grille, along with other delicious grill menu items including burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and snacks. The Greenside Grille will also feature a new gas fire pit outside so guests can sit around the fire and enjoy a beverage or snack before putting.
Admission price is $8 for adults and $4 for youth 16 and younger. Each lodge guest will receive a branded golf ball to keep and use when they play. Players can borrow putters from the lodge at no charge. For more information about Skamania Lodge or to book reservations, call (866) 399-7980 or visit www.skamania.com.
