The Columbia River Gorge's Skamania Lodge Undergoes Spa Renovation
Stevenson, Wash. - Skamania Lodge, a scenic mountain resort managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, will begin a $700,000 renovation of the Waterleaf Spa & Fitness Center in January 2007 to be completed March 2007.
The spa remodel will feature a total of nine elegantly appointed spa treatment rooms with new carpeting, flooring, dimmable lighting, cabinetry, slate and soothing colors of muted greens, browns and earth tones to complete the spa experience. The Waterleaf Spa & Fitness Center will also boast new artwork, window displays, vanity fixtures and subtle lighting, in addition to new treatments, services and Uspa products. The Fitness Center will feature flat screen LCD televisions on the aerobic equipment."The remodel and additional amenities will better accommodate and enhance the experience for our guests visiting the Waterleaf Spa & Fitness Center," said Frank Casarez, general manager of Skamania Lodge.
