How much work do you want to do on your wedding day?

Did you know that the average wedding takes 200-300 hours to plan? And there are a minimum of 30 “hiccups” that occur at every wedding? Hiring a professional wedding coordinator will save money, save time, and save your sanity.

Every show needs a director. As the Catering Sales Manager here at your venue, it really helps me to better serve you when you have a professional coordinator. My focus is on making sure all components of the guest seating, dining and drinking are working as planned. I want to help and will help as much as I am able but I can’t possibly do everything else you might need (like bustling your gown, pinning the boutonnieres on the guys, wrangling the children, making sure the centerpieces you arranged with your florist are exactly what you ordered, making sure the cake arrives on time, cueing the DJ, etc.). Having a professional coordinator helps make everything run more smoothly which allows you to really enjoy this amazing day. And isn’t that the goal? A trusted friend or family member can seem like an attractive option but when you pay a professional, THEY WORK FOR YOU. Also, your friends and family want to be able to enjoy the day with you, not be working (or worse yet, drinking too much and not doing what you asked of them). A professional coordinator can act as an objective third party when Uncle Bob gets out of line (you know which uncle I’m talking about) and their job on the day of your wedding is to make sure your dream is realized... period. This is money well spent and all your vendors, especially your venue, will thank you for this additional help. So don’t “work” on your wedding day – hire a coordinator and leave it to them!
