Dining is a truly delectable experience at Skamania Lodge's restaurant in Stevenson, WA.

Your Taste of the PNW

With breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge, the Cascade Dining Room is open seven days a week, offering tantalizing selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as our famous Sunday Champagne Brunch.

The showcase of the Cascade Dining Room is our wood-fired oven and food preparation area. Inspired by the great National Park Lodges, the Stevenson restaurant's dining room has an open, festive feeling with wood and iron highlights and a wood floor that dates back over 200 years.

Boasting a few of our house specialties featuring local fish, pork and roast prime rib of Washington beef, our restaurant's menu has a tantalizing selection for the most discerning of palates. 

The Cascade Dining Room, located in Stevenson, WA, has become known for superb dishes that are interestingly unique to the Cascades and impeccable service.
