Dining at Skamania Lodge

Skamania Lodge is situated in one of the most dramatic and unique settings in the world. As hosts to visitors from all areas of the country, our culinary philosophy needs to speak loudly of the dramatic surroundings of the area and the rustic elegance of the Lodge coupled with the rich history and culture of our region. The forests and mountains, the Columbia River, the Pacific Ocean, and the rich farmlands of the region are all considerations when creating our menus. Our menus reflect the agricultural and natural abundance of the Pacific Northwest. We serve the freshest of the season, when it’s in season.

Celebrate International Women’s Day weekend at Skamania with a special Dine & Discover experience honoring women shaping the world of winemaking. This elevated dinner features a six-course chef-curated menu paired with pours from three talented women winemakers, including Brianne Day (Day Wines), Teddi Fuller (Lushington Wines), and Bethany Kimmel (Color Collector and Soča Wine Shop & Bar).

Slow Roasted Prime Rib

Enjoy slowly roasted Prime Rib every Friday and Saturday in the Cascade Dining Room served with savory au jus, buttery whipped potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Limited prime rib available each night. Reservations are highly encouraged by calling 509-427-2508.
