Dining at Skamania Lodge

Skamania Lodge is situated in one of the most dramatic and unique settings in the world. As hosts to visitors from all areas of the country, our culinary philosophy needs to speak loudly of the dramatic surroundings of the area and the rustic elegance of the Lodge coupled with the rich history and culture of our region. The forests and mountains, the Columbia River, the Pacific Ocean, and the rich farmlands of the region are all considerations when creating our menus. Our menus reflect the agricultural and natural abundance of the Pacific Northwest. We serve the freshest of the season, when it’s in season.

Slow Roasted Prime Rib

Enjoy slowly roasted Prime Rib every Friday and Saturday in the Cascade Dining Room served with savory au jus, buttery whipped potatoes, and freshly grilled asparagus. Limited prime rib available each night. Reservations are highly encouraged by calling 509-427-2508.
