Can't make it to the spa this month? Unused monthly treatment benefits remain available for 30 days before expiring.
Your monthly treatment benefit may be shared or transferred to another guest, making it easy to treat a family member or friend to a Waterleaf Spa experience.
New members receive a one-time guest pass upon enrollment, allowing a friend to enjoy a complimentary treatment.
Monthly treatment benefits may be used by an immediate family member age 13 or older. Guests ages 13–17 must be accompanied by a parent throughout the visit, and children under 12 are not permitted in the spa.
Membership includes up to two additional hours of access to Waterleaf Spa amenities, including the sauna, three hot tubs, and saltwater pool. Members may enjoy amenity access once per day during each month of active membership, with no blackout dates.
Membership payments are processed monthly by the Waterleaf Spa team for convenient, ongoing access to membership benefits.
Wellness Members enjoy complimentary parking with every visit, so relaxation can begin from the moment you arrive.
A three-month minimum membership commitment is required. After the initial three months, members may cancel their membership. Any unused monthly service benefits must be redeemed within 30 days of cancellation before they expire.
Spa experiences may be reserved online, by phone, or in person. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the scheduled service.
