Skamania Lodge General FAQs

  1. Do you have Wi-Fi? Yes! We offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Lodge. An open yet secure, protected connection is available for all guests.
  2. What are the pool and spa hours? Pool and hot tubs are open Sunday - Thursday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Friday & Saturday 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. The Outdoor Hot Tub is 21+ from 6 PM until close. The spa has separate hours of operation—please check our spa menu or website for current hours.
  3. Is there a surcharge in the dining area? Yes, a 3% service surcharge is added in our dining outlets to support our team members.
  4. What is the incidental hold/extra charge on my card for? At check-in, we place an authorization hold for incidentals. This is released back to your bank after checkout, less any charges you may have made.
  5. Do you offer late check-out? Late check-outs can be requested the morning of your departure, starting at 7:00 AM, and are based on availability.
  6. Do you offer shuttle service? We do not provide airport shuttles. However, we can recommend transportation options. On-site, our bell team is happy to help with directions and arrangements and local shuttle trips based on availability.
  7. What are some child-friendly activities nearby? We offer kid-approved activities on property and can recommend nearby family-friendly attractions, trails, and waterfalls. Check with the front desk or our adventure team for details.
  8. Are there running or hiking trails on property? Yes! Skamania Lodge has several on-site trails, plus easy access to Gorge hiking, waterfalls, and scenic routes.
  9. Can we tour the treehouses? Our treehouses are booked as guest accommodations and are not available for tours, but you’ll spot them from select areas of the property of schedule a tour with the manager or sales department.
  10. Do the rooms have safes, robes, and amenities? We have limited safe availability at the front desk. Every guest room has two robes, and standard amenities. Pool towels are provided at the pool.
