    • What to Wear

      We provide plush robes, towels, hair dryers and showers. Guests may wear their in-room bathrobes to and from the Spa. Please leave your valuables in a secure location.

    • Arrival Time

      To begin your relaxation experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment. After your spa treatment, please feel free to enjoy our sauna and hot tubs.

    • Health Concerns

      Please inform the spa therapist if you have any medical conditions.

    • Age Requirements

      Body treatments are for guests age 18+. Teen facials are for age 16+ with parental or guardian consent and parent/guardian in the room at all times.

    • Spa Policies

      In accordance with state and local health codes, only trained service animals are permitted inside the spa. We love animals, but to preserve the serenity, cleanliness, and safety of our space, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Thank you for understanding.

    To make an appointment, please call 509-427-2529. Reservations can only be made over the phone, and advance bookings are recommended. For product inquiries, contact us at waterleaf@skamania.com or by phone. Please note that product purchases are only available in our spa's retail store.

    Please Note

    As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule any treatments. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged the full treatment fee. Groups of 4 or more are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy, and 18% gratuity will be added.
