Pricing & Commitment

• Monthly Cost: $149 auto-billed.
• Commitment: Six-month minimum, then month-to-month.
• Cancellation: 30 days’ written notice (benefits continue during notice period).
• Rollover Treatments: Unused treatments roll over for up to four months (max of four banked).

Booking & Availability

• Special Pricing Days: Sunday–Thursday (Upgrade to Friday and Saturday for $25 per visit)
• 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid full charge.
• Book online, by phone, or in person. Family members follow same booking procedures (ID may be required).
