Winter Wonderland Scavenger Hunt‍

Hiking is magical in winter here in the Gorge, making it the perfect time to search for the three snowflakes we’ve hidden somewhere along the trails here at Skamania. Take your photo with them and bring them to the front desk to claim your cute prize!

Build A Woodland Forest Friend

$30 per animal | Admission tickets available in the Gift Shop

Children will love creating their very own stuffed animal! This family friendly activity includes a 15-inch winter woodland themed animal to stuff, wishing star to hide inside and naming birth certificate.

Winter Glow Party

Light up the winter night at Skamania Lodge pool with our Friday kids’ party. We’ll have music on the pool deck, wearable souvenir glow sticks and other fab glow decor.

Animal Safari Scavenger Hunt

There are so many different animals loose in the lodge! Some are hiding in fireplaces, some in the artwork on the walls. Some animals are made of iron, and some are rubbings of ancient rock designs. Can you find them? Stop by the front desk to pick up your safari checklist. When you spot them, check them off your list, and then bring the sheet back for a wild prize!

‍Join the chase for our woodland gnomes, who are hiding in the corners of Skamania Lodge! Find all five gnomes, snap a photo with your phone and share with our front desk team to claim a sweet prize!

Each year, Skamania Lodge curates a new Valentines Day dinner for two using fresh and seasonal ingredients from our favorite local vendors. Reservations become available in January!

February is Oregon Craft Beer Month. Join the celebration by visiting local breweries to enjoy new releases, beer pairings and tappings – and events like Zwickelmania, an annual statewide tasting over President’s Day weekend.
